COMMUNITY CONSULTATION SURVEY

Parkinson’s Tasmania invites you to contribute to the development of Australia’s first National Parkinson’s Action Plan (NPAP).
This national initiative is being developed by the National Parkinson’s Alliance — a collaboration of Parkinson’s organisations from across Australia — and funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health, Aged Care and Disability. The aim is to create a unified plan that reflects the real experiences and needs of people impacted by Parkinson’s.
Your voice matters.
This Community Consultation Survey is designed for:
-
People living with Parkinson’s (including Atypical Parkinson’s)
-
Family members and loved ones
-
Unpaid carers and support people
The insights gathered will help inform national policies, services, and support systems — ensuring they better reflect the lived experiences of those affected by Parkinson’s.
Participation is voluntary, confidential, and takes just a few minutes.
Every response will help shape a future where people with Parkinson’s receive the care and support they deserve.
