GET INVOLVED
Get involved and get moving with Parkinson’s. There are many studies showing the benefits of social interaction and movement in Parkinson’s. Do not become a recluse in your own home – this is not beneficial.

Come to a Support Group in your area and meet other people.

Listen to the various speakers and learn more about managing your Parkinson’s.

Join an activity group. There are many available that are beneficial – dance, tai-chi, singing, PD Warrior etc.
Find out from the group what is available in your area. Social outings with the group are also arranged from time to time.
